Ingredients
- 400 g Carrots
- 4 beetroot bulbs
- 1 untreated lemon (juice and grated zest)
- 2 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 300 ml apple juice
- 4 celery stalks

Peel and chop the carrots and beetroot. Juice both in a juicer. Mix the juice with lemon juice, zest, and ginger.
