- 1 chicken (about 1.2 kg)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp paprika (sweet)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 60 ml Rapeseed oil
- 1 can beer (0.3 l)

Preheat the grill.

Rinse the chicken inside and out, then pat dry. Peel the garlic clove, crush it, and mix with thyme, paprika, salt, pepper, and oil. Add about 80 ml of beer to the mixture and stir. Wrap the beer can in aluminum foil (or place it in a special holder). Brush the chicken with the marinated sauce and grill on high heat with the lid closed for about 50 minutes.
