Ingredients
- 1 baguette roll
- 4 thin slices of beef steak (about 80 g each)
- 1 Tbsp clarified butter
- 2 small tomatoes
- 0.5 bunch arugula
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt
- ground pepper
- balsamic vinegar
- olive oil
Instructions

Wash the tomatoes and slice them.

Cut the baguette roll in half and toast it.

Peel the garlic and slice it thinly.

Wash, rinse, and shake dry the arugula.

Sauté the garlic and tomatoes with a bit of arugula in 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan for a short time.

Cook the steak in hot clarified butter about 2 minutes per side, seasoning with salt and pepper.

Place the arugula and steak on the bread halves. Top with the vegetables, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle each with a few drops of balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
