Ingredients

  • 4 tomatoes
  • 4 cooked corn cobs (vacuum packed)
  • 4 bratwurst sausages
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 sprigs thyme
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 2 sprigs parsley
  • 60 g Butter

    Wash the tomatoes and cut off the stem ends. Make crosswise slits on the opposite side. Pat the corn dry and brush both the corn, tomatoes, and sausages with oil before placing them on a hot grill. Season the corn and tomatoes with salt and pepper and grill everything, turning regularly, for about 10 minutes.

    For the herb butter, peel the garlic and press it into a bowl. Rinse the herbs, shake dry, remove stems, and finely chop. Mix the herbs into the butter along with salt and pepper to taste. Gently lift the skins off the tomatoes, place a small amount of butter on each, remove everything from the grill, and serve.
