Beef Sirloin Steak with Swiss Chard

Ingredients
- 2 beef sirloin steaks (180-200 g each)
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- oil
- 1 red onion (sliced thick)
- 400 g Swiss chard
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 400 g small boiled potatoes
- 4 tbsp oil
- Salt
- Pepper

Season the steaks with salt and pepper, brush with oil, and grill each side for 2-4 minutes on a hot grill (to your preference: medium or well-done).

Place onions on the edge of the grill over greased foil, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with a little oil, and cook for about 20 minutes, turning occasionally. Halve the potatoes and sauté in 1 tbsp oil until slowly crisp brown; season with salt and pepper.

Remove white stems from Swiss chard, chop finely. Peel garlic cloves. Sauté chard in 2 tbsp oil over medium heat, stirring until wilted; squeeze in garlic, add lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
