Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast fillets (about 120 g each)
- 80 g sun‑dried tomatoes (in oil)
- 125 g mozzarella
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped basil
- 150 g hard cheese sliced (e.g., Gruyère)

Preheat the oven to 200°C fan.

Rinse the chicken breasts, pat dry and cut a pocket on each side. Drain and chop the sun‑dried tomatoes. Dice the mozzarella. Mix tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, salt and pepper. Stuff the pockets and coat with cheese slices. Tie with kitchen twine and place on parchment paper on a baking tray. Bake in the oven for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.

Remove the twine and serve the chicken breasts sliced as desired.
