Beef Ragout

Ingredients
- 800 g beef stew meat
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 100 g rice noodles
- 4 tomatoes
- paprika powder (spicy)
- 2 onions
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 500 ml beef broth
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
Instructions

Wash the tomatoes, remove stems and dice them.

Peel the onions and garlic and dice them as well.

Brown the meat in hot oil vigorously. Add onions and garlic, sauté together. Pour in beef broth, add about 2 tbsp paprika, cover and simmer for 1-1.5 hours. Season with salt and pepper, stir in noodles. Simmer another ~10 minutes, adjust seasoning with more paprika, salt and pepper, then sprinkle parsley before serving.
