Ingredients
- 700 g beef goulash
- 4 onions
- 2 carrots
- 500 g small new potatoes
- 2 tbsp clarified butter
- 3 tbsp sweet paprika powder
- 1 tsp Caraway seeds
- 2 tsp dried marjoram
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 dried chili peppers
- 0.5 l meat broth
- Salt

Wash the beef, pat dry and cut into cubes.

Peel the onions and roughly dice them.

Peel the garlic and slice thinly.

Peel the potatoes.

Peel the carrots and cut into large pieces.

Chop the chili peppers.

Brown the beef in hot clarified butter. Add onions and garlic and stir in paprika, then deglaze with meat broth. Add caraway seeds, marjoram, bay leaf, potatoes, carrots, and chili. Cover and simmer for about 1.5 hours over low heat, stirring occasionally. Season the tender beef goulash with salt and serve.
