- 2 tbsp plant oil
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 600 g radish
- 2 sprigs dill
- 2 sprigs parsley
- 1 sprig lemon balm
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp sweet mustard
- 3 tbsp olive oil
