- 4 slices whole grain bread (40g each)
- 4 tsp butter
- 150 g pineapple
- 1 large banana
- 100 g Camembert cheese
- chives rings
- 4 tbsp mango chutney

Spread butter on the whole grain bread.

Slice the pineapple thinly. Peel and slice the banana. Top the breads with pineapple and banana slices. Slice the Camembert and place it on top. Briefly melt under a preheated grill. Sprinkle chive rings over the cheese. Serve extra mango chutney on the side.
