Beef goulash simple
You like goulash? Then we have just the thing for you: The Beef goulash simple from Spoonsparrow is always delicious!
Ingredients
- 800 g beef goulash (from chuck or neck)
- 4 onions
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 EL vegetable oil
- 750 ml meat broth
- 2 green bell peppers
- 2 Tomatoes
- 0.5 TL ground coriander
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper
- coriander leaves (for garnish)
Instructions

Rinse the beef, pat dry and cut into bite‑size cubes. Peel the onions and garlic. Finely chop the garlic and slice the onions into strips.

Heat oil in a pot. Add the beef and sear while stirring. Briefly brown the onions. Mix in the garlic and cover with broth. Partially cover and simmer gently for about 1½ hours until tender, stirring occasionally and adding more broth if needed.

Wash the bell peppers, halve them, remove seeds and dice. Wash the tomatoes, cut off the stem end and dice as well. Add both along with ground coriander to the pot during the last ~30 minutes of cooking.

Serve Beef goulash simple garnished with coriander leaves.
