Beef Fajitas
Spoonsparrow beef fajitas – full of flavor and ready to serve in just 30 minutes. Perfect for lunch break!
Ingredients
- 100 g Sour cream
- 100 g crème fraîche
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 splash Lemon juice
- Salt
- chili powder
- 500 g beef fillet
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 3 tbsp Olive oil (30 g)
- Pepper
- ground cumin
- ground coriander
- 8 tortilla sheets
Instructions

Whisk sour cream and crème fraîche until smooth. Peel garlic, press into the mixture, then season with lemon juice and salt. Divide into four small glasses and sprinkle with a little chili.

Wash beef fillet, pat dry, and slice into strips. Wash bell peppers, halve, deseed, and cut into strips. Peel onion, halve, and slice into strips.

Heat olive oil in a pan. Sauté onions, beef, and peppers over high heat for about 5 minutes at medium heat. Season generously with salt, pepper, cumin, and coriander.

Warm tortillas briefly in another pan without oil over medium heat. Then fill them with the meat and vegetables. Serve beef fajitas with the dip on the side.
