Tuna Wraps

Ingredients
- 1 small radicchio
- 1 cucumber
- 10 g Dill (0.5 bunch)
- 150 g Yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 100 g Sour cream
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 250 g tuna in its own juice (canned)
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
Instructions

Halve the radicchio, remove the stem, separate individual leaves, wash, dry, and slice into thin strips. Peel the cucumber, cut lengthwise in half, deseed, and slice into narrow strips. Wash the dill, shake dry, and finely chop the tips.

Combine yogurt with sour cream and dill. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Drain the tuna and roughly break it apart with a fork.

Warm tortillas according to package instructions, spread with the yogurt-dill sauce, and top with salad. Leave a 1.5 cm border free. Distribute remaining vegetables and tuna on top. Fold the opposite sides slightly inwards and roll up the wraps. Cut diagonally in half and wrap in parchment paper.
