Ingredients
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 tbsp Whole wheat breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 0.5 cucumber
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 4 lettuce leaves (e.g., iceberg)
- 4 whole wheat tortillas (ready-made)
- 4 tbsp Sour cream
- 4 tbsp ketchup

Season the chicken breast fillets with salt and pepper. Place the breadcrumbs on a shallow plate. Beat the egg in a deep dish. Coat each chicken fillet first in the beaten egg, then in the breadcrumbs. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken for about 10 minutes over medium heat until golden brown all around. Remove, let cool slightly, and cut into small pieces.

Peel the cucumber, halve it lengthwise, remove seeds with a small spoon, and slice into rounds. Wash, deseed, and cut the bell pepper into strips. Peel and finely chop the onion.
