Ingredients

  • 2 green bell peppers
  • 0.5 cucumber
  • 2 white onions
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 1 can of kidney beans
  • 150 g goat cheese (roll)
  • 200 g Sour Cream
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Wash, trim, halve, seed the bell peppers, remove all white membranes and dice finely.

    Wash the tomatoes, quarter them, seed and cut into small cubes.

  3. 3.

    Peel the cucumber, split lengthwise, remove seeds and cube.

  4. 4.

    Peel the onions and finely dice.

  5. 5.

    Drain the corn and beans.

  6. 6.

    Place the prepared vegetables in a bowl and mix together.

  7. 7.

    Dice the goat cheese and sprinkle over the vegetables.

  8. 8.

    Whisk sour cream with lemon juice, salt and pepper and pour over the salad.
