Ingredients

  • 1 red chili pepper
  • 1 can kidney beans (400 g drained weight)
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • black pepper (freshly ground)
  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley

Instructions

    Wash the chili and slice into rings. Rinse the beans and drain them.

    Peel the garlic and press it through a press. Blend the beans with the oil, garlic, and half of the chili, then season with salt and pepper.

    Serve in small bowls garnished with the remaining chili slices and chopped parsley.
