Ingredients
- 250 g raspberries
- 250 g blueberries
- 6 nectarines
- 3 EL honey
- 2 EL lemon juice
- 0.75 l Apple juice
- 70 g pearl barley

- 250 g whipped cream

Clean, wash, and pat dry the berries. Wash the nectarines, halve them, remove pits, and cut into thin slivers.

Distribute everything in bowls and drizzle with honey and lemon juice. Cover and let the juices infuse for 30 minutes. Add apple juice and barley to a pot, bring to a boil, then simmer gently for 10 minutes. Let the porridge cool.

Spread the cooled porridge among the fruits in the bowls and garnish with mint leaves. Whip the cream to half‑firm peaks and dollop onto the fruit.
