Ingredients
- 2 Bananas
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 350 g strawberries
- 1 tbsp honey
- 500 ml soy drink (soy milk) (natural)

Peel the bananas, cut into large pieces, and drizzle with lemon juice. Place in a freezer bag and freeze until needed.

Wash the strawberries gently in cold water and clean them. Slice two strawberries into rounds and set aside; roughly chop the rest. Combine the frozen banana pieces, sliced strawberries, honey, and half of the soy drink in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add the remaining soy drink and blend again to achieve a homogeneous mixture.

Pour the smoothie into chilled glasses and garnish with the reserved strawberry slices before serving.
