Banana peanut butter brownie from Spoonsparrow: vegan, gluten‑free, protein‑rich, quick to prepare and a true delight!

Ingredients

  • 450 g ice‑cold bananas (3 medium bananas)
  • 120 g peanut butter
  • 65 g cocoa powder

Instructions

    Peel the bananas and roughly chop them. Add the peanut butter and 60 g of cocoa powder to a blender and blend until smooth.

    Transfer the batter into a greased pan if necessary, bake at 180 °C (convection 160 °C; gas: level 2–3) for 20 minutes.

    Remove the brownie from the oven, let it cool, lift it out of the pan, and sprinkle with cocoa powder if desired.
