Chicken Wraps

The Chicken Wraps from Spoonsparrow are the perfect lunch to go! Try this or another of our healthy recipes.
Ingredients
- 8 lettuce leaves (e.g., Lollo rosso and bionda)
- 2 carrots
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 2 Tomatoes
- 4 tortilla sheets
- 4 tbsp yogurt (3.5% fat, light if desired)
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 0.5 tsp honey
- 250 g sliced chicken breast
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Wash, trim, dry and tear the lettuce into small pieces. Peel the carrots and cut them into thin sticks. Wash, halve, clean and slice the bell pepper into strips. Wash, quarter, core and slice the tomatoes into strips.

Whisk together yogurt, mustard and honey; season with salt and pepper. Spread the sauce on the tortilla sheets. Layer all prepared ingredients and chicken on top.

Drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Roll up the wraps and cut them in half to serve.
