Ingredients

  • 125 g dried bananas
  • 125 g puffed amaranth
  • 2 tbsp carob powder
  • 100 g rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp light flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp wheat germ
  • 4 tbsp Coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast

Instructions

    Finely chop the banana.

    Mix all ingredients well and store in a glass jar.

    For one serving, combine about 3 tbsp of muesli mix with roughly 125 g diced fruit (apple or pear) and 125 g yogurt or milk, sweeten with honey to taste.
