Crab scrambled eggs and Pumpernickel

Ingredients
- 6 Eggs
- 4 tbsp heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 slices pumpernickel bread
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 200 g North Sea shrimp (peeled)
- 2 tbsp chives sprigs
Instructions

Whisk the eggs with the cream and pour into a hot pan with 1 tbsp melted butter. Stir for 2-3 minutes until set.

Spread the remaining butter on the bread slices. Place the scrambled eggs on top, season with salt and pepper, then distribute the shrimp over the eggs and sprinkle chives before serving.
