Ingredients
- 100 g kale
- 1 apple (Granny Smith)
- 0.5 cucumber
- 1 handful herbs (parsley and chervil)
- 8 ice cubes
- 1 Lime (juice)
- mineral water (to top up)

Wash, trim, and remove the tough stems from the kale. Wash the apple and cucumber. Quarter the apple, remove the core, and cut into wedges. Trim the ends of the cucumber and slice into rounds. Rinse the herbs, shake dry, and pluck the leaves. Blend the kale with the herbs, apple, cucumber, ice cubes, and lime juice until smooth.
