Overnight Oats with Millet Flakes

Ingredients

  • 80 g millet flakes (Reformhaus®)
  • 1 tbsp wheat germ from Dr. Grandel (10 g, available at Reformhaus®)
  • 1 tbsp coconut shreds from Reformhaus® (10 g)
  • 3 tbsp oat wonder from Reformhaus® (45 g)
  • a pinch of Bourbon vanilla from Brecht (available at Reformhaus®)
  • 300 ml almond drink from Allos (available at Reformhaus®)
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds from Reformhaus® (30 g)
  • 4 tbsp mango puree from Donath (available at Reformhaus®)

Instructions

    Combine millet flakes, wheat germ, coconut shreds, oat wonder and vanilla in a bowl. Mix thoroughly with almond drink and cover; refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.

    The next morning, roughly chop the pumpkin seeds. Fill two glasses with the overnight oats, top with mango puree and pumpkin seeds, and enjoy.
