Ingredients
- 12 figs
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 sprigs Rosemary
Instructions

Halve the figs.

Melt the honey with the butter in a large skillet. Add the figs and lightly caramelize for a few minutes.

Deglaze with the balsamic vinegar, add the rosemary, let it simmer briefly, then plate on dishes.
