Ingredients
- 200 g Flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 0.5 tsp Baking soda
- Salt
- 150 g soft butter
- 175 g brown sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 100 g fine rolled oats
- 100 g hearty rolled oats
- 100 g dried plums
- powdered sugar
- flour (for the work surface and parchment paper)
Instructions

Chop the plums finely. In a bowl mix flour with baking powder, baking soda and 1/2 tsp salt. In another bowl beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs. Fold in the dry mixture, all oats and plums. Shape dough into a 30 cm long roll. Cover and chill for 1–2 hours. Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Slice the roll into 1 cm thick pieces with a sharp knife, toss in powdered sugar, and arrange on the sheets.

Bake each batch in a preheated oven at 200 °C (180 °C fan) for about 12 minutes until golden brown.

Remove cookies from the oven, transfer them onto parchment paper on a cooling rack, and let cool.
