- 1 slice whole grain toast
- 25 g double cream cream cheese
- 3 plums
- lemon pepper
- 50 g blue cheese
Instructions

Toast the bread and spread it thickly with the cream cheese. Sprinkle with lemon pepper.

Halve the plums, remove the stone, and place them cut-side up on the cream cheese. Slice the blue cheese into thick rounds and cover the plums with them.
