Avocado Bratwurst Wrap

Ingredients
- 4 wheat tortillas
- 8 romaine lettuce leaves
- 1 Avocado
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 8 small bratwursts
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 500 g cherry tomatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 0.5 bunch Basil
- salt and pepper

Peel, halve, pit, and dice the avocado; mix with lemon juice. Wash lettuce leaves and tear into large pieces. Quarter the tomatoes, finely chop basil leaves, and mince garlic. Combine all with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Sear the bratwursts in a little fat until browned on all sides. On each tortilla, layer lettuce, 2/3 of the tomato salsa, avocado cubes, two bratwursts (cut lengthwise if desired), then roll into wraps. Serve with remaining salsa.
