Ingredients

  • 2 Tomatoes
  • pepper (ground)
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • 2 whole grain rolls
  • 3 EL quark
  • whipped cream
  • parsley
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 2 slices gouda

Instructions

    Wash the tomatoes, cut them crosswise into slices and season with pepper.

    Wash the lettuce leaves and pat dry. Halve the rolls.

  3. 3.

    Whisk the quark with parsley and a little whipped cream until creamy, then season with mustard.

    Spread the mustard-quark mixture on the roll halves.

  5. 5.

    On the lower roll halves place lettuce, then cheese and tomato slices. Top with the upper roll halves.
