Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 80 g Butter
  • 50 g Keta-caviar
  • 0.5 bunch Chives
  • salt (pepper)

Instructions

    Wash potatoes, pat dry, place on baking sheet and bake at 200°C for 30 minutes. Remove, cut in half lengthwise and scoop out the interior with a teaspoon. Return halves to the preheated oven.

    Mash potato flesh with a fork, incorporating butter. Fold in caviar. Finely chop chives and mix in. Season with salt and pepper. Refill the potato halves with the mixture.
