  • 800 g new potatoes
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp caraway seeds
  • Sea salt
  • ground pepper (freshly ground)

    Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) with upper and lower heat. Wash the potatoes and cut them lengthwise in half or quarter, depending on size.
