Ingredients

  • 4 large waxy potatoes
  • fat (for greasing the pan)
  • 80 g Butter
  • sea salt (to sprinkle)

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) with upper and lower heat. Wash the potatoes thoroughly, pat them dry, pierce each several times with a fork, place them side by side in a greased baking dish, and bake for 50-60 minutes until tender.

    Make cross cuts on top, press apart slightly, and add a small dollop of butter to each cut. Sprinkle with sea salt before serving.
