Ingredients

  • 500 g large potatoes (starchy)
  • aluminum foil (for wrapping)
  • oil (for greasing)
  • 400 g tuna (in its own juice)
  • 1 onion
  • 0.5 bunch Chives
  • 100 g yogurt
  • 100 g natural cream cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 200°C fan-forced. Grease a piece of aluminum foil with oil for each potato.

    Prick each potato several times with a fork, season with salt and pepper, wrap tightly in foil, place on a baking sheet, and bake for 45-60 minutes until tender.

    Drain the tuna and flake it slightly with a fork.

    Peel and finely dice the onion; slice the chives into fine ribbons.

  5. 5.

    Whisk the yogurt with cream cheese, season with salt and pepper, and fold in all other ingredients well.

    To serve, optionally remove potatoes from foil, slit lengthwise, press apart gently, and spoon the filling over the top.
