- 4 large mostly waxy potatoes
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Garlic clove
- 300 g cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Salt
- 1 tsp Paprika powder (sweet)
- pepper (ground)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C fan. Wash and brush the potatoes thoroughly. Wrap each in foil, place on a sheet pan, and bake for about 60 minutes.

For the filling, peel and grate the carrot finely. Peel and press the garlic. Mix both into the cottage cheese and season with lemon juice, salt, paprika powder, and pepper.

Unwrap the potatoes, slice them lengthwise, and place on plates. Spoon some cottage cheese onto each and serve the rest separately.
