Ingredients
- 200 g Broccoli florets
- 350 g spiral pasta
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 300 g smoked salmon
- 150 g crème fraîche
- 300 g heavy cream
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tbsp horseradish (fresh grated or jarred)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 50 g grated pecorino
- 2 tbsp pickled green peppercorns
Instructions

Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente, drain, rinse with cold water and set aside.

Divide broccoli into very small florets and cut stems into 1/2 cm pieces. Tear salmon into larger chunks.

Whisk together crème fraîche, heavy cream, eggs, horseradish, lemon juice and half the cheese; season with salt and pepper.

Place pasta, salmon, broccoli florets, stems and green peppercorns in a greased baking dish, pour sauce over them and sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
