Ingredients

  • 4 slices of toast bread
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 slices young Gouda cheese
  • 4 slices pineapple (fresh or canned)
  • 4 pieces white grapes (cut small)
  • 4 pieces blue grapes (cut small)
  • 1 tbsp chives

Instructions

    Cut the toast and cheese into circles matching the size of the pineapple slices. Briefly pre-toast the bread, spread with butter, then top with pineapple slices and cheese.

    Preheat oven to 175 °C and place the prepared toasts on a baking sheet; bake for about 8 minutes until melted.
