- 4 slices of toast bread
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 slices young Gouda cheese
- 4 slices pineapple (fresh or canned)
- 4 pieces white grapes (cut small)
- 4 pieces blue grapes (cut small)
- 1 tbsp chives

Cut the toast and cheese into circles matching the size of the pineapple slices. Briefly pre-toast the bread, spread with butter, then top with pineapple slices and cheese.
