Baked Peaches

Spoonsparrow baked peaches are always delicious.

Ingredients

  • 600 g small peaches (6 small peaches)
  • 5 g Butter (1 tsp)
  • 200 g strawberries
  • 150 g sliced almonds

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Steep 2 peaches hot, cool, peel, halve, pit and dice. Wash remaining peaches, halve and pit them as well.

    Grease a baking dish with butter. Place peach halves in the dish. Wash, trim strawberries and finely puree them.

  3. 3.

    Mix strawberry puree with peach cubes and fill the peach halves. Bake in preheated oven at 180 °C (fan 160 °C; gas: level 2–3) for 10–15 minutes.

    Sprinkle almonds over the peaches and bake for another 10 minutes.
