Ingredients
- 125 g butter
- 200 g lard
- 200 g sugar
- 400 g flour
- 2 packets vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tsp elk horn salt
- 20 ml rum
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Heat lard and butter together, remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Combine flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt in a bowl.

Dissolve elk horn salt in rum and add to the fat mixture, then knead into a smooth dough.

Divide the dough in half; fold cocoa powder into one portion.

Shape small balls (~2 cm) from both doughs, place on parchment-lined baking sheet, press lightly with finger so edges crack slightly.

Bake in preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes, remove and cool.
