Tortellini Ham Gratin with Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 600 g fresh tortellini (refrigerated, with meat filling)
- 25 g butter
- 150 g champignons
- 125 g cooked ham (1 thick slice)
- 1 onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- salt (pepper)
- 125 g mozzarella (1 ball)
- 25 g butter
- 25 g flour
- 300 ml milk
- 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan

For the cheese sauce, melt the butter in a pot, stir in the flour, sauté for 1 minute and gradually add hot milk while stirring, then fold in the parmesan. Thicken under continuous stirring.

Bring plenty of salted water to a boil, add the tortellini and cook until they float on the surface.

Drain the mozzarella and cut into small cubes.

Slice the ham into strips.

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.

Clean the mushrooms, slice thinly, and sauté with onion and garlic in butter for 5 minutes. Drain the tortellini and let it dry well, then mix with ham and mushrooms. Transfer to a greased, oven‑proof dish, pour the cheese sauce over it, sprinkle with mozzarella, and bake at 200 °C for 15 minutes until golden.
