Ingredients
- 250 g fresh cheese-filled tortellini (refrigerated)
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 0.5 can pizza tomatoes
- 0.5 tsp Sugar
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 0.5 tsp Oregano
- 60 g grated Emmental cheese
- 2 basil leaves

Cut the chicken breasts into ½ cm thick strips and season with salt and pepper. Wash the zucchini, halve it lengthwise and slice into rounds. Heat the oil in a pan and sear the meat until browned; add the zucchini, cook for 2 minutes, then deglaze with the pizza tomatoes. Bring to a boil, season with salt, pepper, sugar, and oregano, taste, and let simmer.

Cook the tortellini in plenty of salted water according to package instructions.

Add the cooked tortellini to the sauce, divide among two plates, sprinkle with cheese, and garnish with basil before serving.
