Ingredients
- 12 oysters
- sea salt (for baking)
- 4 slices white bread
- 4 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp freshly chopped thyme
- 50 g butter
- Sea salt
- ground pepper
- lemon wedges (for garnish)

Preheat the oven to grill mode.

Open the oysters and place them on a baking sheet sprinkled with sea salt. Drain the bread and roughly crumble it. Pulse in a blender with the herbs until fine. Mix into the melted butter and season with salt and pepper. If the mixture is too dry, add more butter.

Spread the gratin mixture over the oysters and bake under the grill for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.

Serve with lemon wedges to drizzle as an appetizer, if desired.
