Ingredients

  • 2 pieces salmon fillet (about 180 g each, skinless)
  • 1 package frozen vegetable mix "Asparagus la Creme & Co." (e.g., Iglo)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • flour
  • 2 tbsp grated cheese

Instructions

    Drizzle salmon with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

    Prepare the asparagus mixture according to package instructions.

    Coat salmon in flour and brown each side in hot butter for about 2–3 minutes.

    Place salmon fillets in a greased baking dish, spread vegetable mix over them, and sprinkle with cheese.

    Bake in preheated oven at 220 °C (428 °F) for about 7 minutes until the cheese melts.
