  • 500 g mirabelle plums
  • 1 untreated orange
  • 4 cardamom pods
  • pepper (ground)
  • 1 pinch ground star anise
  • 1 pinch ground piment
  • 200 g liquid honey

    Preheat the oven to 200°C with upper and lower heat.

    Wash the mirabelle plums and let them drain. Wash the orange hot, dry rub it, zest the peel into strips and squeeze out the juice. Press the cardamom pods and distribute them over the oven‑proof bowls. Place the mirabelle plums inside and sprinkle with orange zest, pepper, star anise, and piment. Drizzle honey over them and pour a little orange juice on each. Bake in the preheated oven for 10–15 minutes. Serve with, for example, Greek yogurt.
