Ingredients
- 500 g flour
- 80 g sugar
- Salt
- 1 packet dry yeast
- 0.125 l milk
- 100 g softened butter
- 2 Eggs
- 1 lemon (zest)
- 5 peaches
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 150 g flour
- 75 g sugar
- 75 g butter
- 1 tbsp cinnamon powder

Mix all dough ingredients well until smooth and elastic. Cover dough and let rise in a warm place for about 40 minutes.

Meanwhile wash the peaches, remove pits, cut into wedges and drizzle with lemon juice. Grease a baking sheet and dust with flour. Preheat oven to 180°C. For the crumb topping mix flour, sugar, butter (cut into pieces) and cinnamon by hand until crumbly; refrigerate. Roll out dough and place on the sheet. Distribute peaches and crumbs over it. Bake cake for about 45 minutes until golden brown.
