Ingredients

  • 250 g cashew nuts
  • 6 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp carob powder
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch vanilla essence
  • 300 g mirabelle plums
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • cinnamon powder (for garnish)

Instructions

    Soak the nuts in cold water overnight in the refrigerator.

    Drain and blend with 3-4 tbsp honey to taste, coconut milk, carob powder, cinnamon, and vanilla into a fine cream.

    Wash, halve, and pit the mirabelle plums. Mix remaining honey with lemon juice. Spread the carob cream on a plate, arrange the plums on top, drizzle with honey sauce, and sprinkle with a little cinnamon before serving.
