Ingredients
- 400 g horned noodles
- 2 EL Butter
- 2 EL lightly thickened flour
- 500 ml milk
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 EL chopped basil
- 1 EL tomato puree
- 2 EL Parmesan

Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente. Drain. In a pot melt the butter, stir in the flour and cook until fully incorporated. Remove from heat and whisk in the milk. Return to the stove, bring to a simmer while stirring until thickened. Add tomato puree, basil, and parmesan.

Season with salt and pepper. Preheat oven to 200°C. Mix pasta with sauce and transfer to a greased baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes until a golden brown crust forms. Serve hot, optionally topped with extra parmesan.
