Ingredients

  • 600 g fish fillet (e.g., redfish, cod, plaice)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt
  • 200 ml seasoning and roulade paste (with mustard)
  • 100 g whipping cream
  • 50 ml white wine
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 50 g grated Gouda

Instructions

    Wash the fish, pat dry, drizzle with lemon juice and lightly salt. Spread the seasoning paste evenly on the fillets, roll them up, and cut into rolls about 2 cm thick. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan 160°C, gas level 3).

    Place the rolls in a large baking dish. Pour the cream and white wine evenly over them. Wash the tomatoes, halve them, and place between the fish rolls. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake for about 35 minutes.
