Ingredients

  • 8 balls vanilla ice cream (very frozen)
  • 150 g wheat flour type 405
  • 80 ml milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 500 ml oil

Instructions

    Whisk together 100 g flour, milk, salt and eggs.

    Heat oil in a pot until small bubbles appear on the stem of a wooden spoon inserted into it.

    Coat each ice cream ball first in remaining flour then in dough, fry in hot oil until golden brown, immediately plate on dessert dishes and serve right away.
