Ingredients

  • 2 sprigs Rosemary
  • 4 slices goat cheese (~80 g)
  • pepper freshly ground
  • 5 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan).

    Cut four pieces of parchment paper, each about 30x30 cm.

    Wash and pat dry the rosemary; remove individual sprigs from the stem.

  4. 4.

    Place a slice of goat cheese on each parchment square, top with rosemary, season with pepper, and drizzle with olive oil. Seal the parcels (using a toothpick or kitchen twine if needed) and bake in the oven for about 5 minutes. Serve with toasted ciabatta.
