Ingredients

  • 700 g mixed fresh mushrooms (e.g., forest champignons, porcini, chanterelles, oyster mushrooms)
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)

Instructions

    Clean the mushrooms thoroughly but do not wash them; trim stems and halve large ones. Peel and finely chop the onion. Heat butter in a pan, sauté onions until translucent, then add mushrooms.

    Cook at medium heat until liquid evaporates. Wash parsley, finely chop, sprinkle over the dish, and season with salt and pepper.
